1. Who we are

FintaxLoop Limited, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17448788), registered office at 53 Wellington Road, Dudley, West Midlands, DY1 1RE, England. VAT No. BRCT00004016721.

2. Services

We provide UK company formation, corporation tax, bookkeeping, VAT registration, payroll, and account management services. The specific scope of work is agreed in writing (by email or signed engagement letter) before work begins.

3. Fees and payment

• Fees for one-time services (e.g., company formation) are payable upfront.
• Ongoing services (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll) are billed monthly in advance.
• All fees are quoted exclusive of VAT, which is added at the applicable rate.
• Payments are processed via Stripe. We do not store card details.
• Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information needed to deliver services.
• Supply records, receipts and documents promptly.
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose.
• Comply with your own legal and tax obligations as a director or business owner.

5. Anti-money-laundering (AML)

As regulated providers of accountancy services, we are required to verify the identity of our clients under UK AML legislation. We may ask for identification documents, proof of address, and information about the source of funds.

6. Limitation of liability

We provide services with reasonable skill and care. However, we are not liable for:

• Penalties, fines, or interest arising from late, incomplete, or inaccurate information you provide.
• Indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of business opportunity.
• Actions of third parties (Companies House, HMRC, banks, software providers).

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days' written notice. Fees for work already performed remain payable. We reserve the right to terminate immediately where AML or legal obligations require it.

8. Confidentiality

We treat your information as confidential and will not disclose it except where required by law, or with your written authority (e.g., to HMRC or a bank).

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by FintaxLoop Limited or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
